Your tag attaches to your medication pack and will visually and audibly remind you to take your medications. If you do forget, your support network is notified via the YOURmeds App to contact you. If you have a care plan linked to your account, your care provider will also be notified if your medication is not opened after your support network has been notified.
Once you have purchased YOURmeds, either for yourself or someone else, your nominated pharmacy will then arrange for your prescriptions to be dispensed and delivered to you. The pharmacy will automatically set the tag up, and is ready to use when you receive it.
No. You do not need to do anything. YOURmeds is a globally patented solution that works like a mobile phone. All the costs are included in your weekly subscription fee.
We use GSM technology to accurately calculate the strongest mobile phone signal available to communicate with our secure servers. To ensure that you are provided with the best possible mobile coverage, the tag comes with an EU-wide roaming SIM as standard.
How do I set up my Support Network?
When you purchase the service, you will be asked to nominate who you wish to support you. A maximum of 5 people is recommended. You will need to provide their name, email address and mobile phone number. Once your account is set up, we will email each member of your network and ask them to download their free App. We will then notify your network, in real time, when you have forgotten to open your meds, so they can remind you.
What if I don't have a support network?
You can also download the YOURmeds App for to receive an extra notification on top of your tag alarming you. If you feel you still need extra support please Contact Us directly to discuss how you can join the YOURmeds family.
Where do I get the App from?
You can download the App free of charge either from the Google Play Store (for Android phones), or the Apple Store (for iOS devices). We will send each person in your support network a link advising them of how to do this.
Is there a limit to how many people can have the App?
No, but we recommend a maximum of 5 people to support you to keep it manageable.

Yes, we recommend that you nominate a YOURmeds pharmacy in your area however if your regular pharmacy is not a YOURmeds pharmacy we can contact them about this. If they do not wish to become a YOURmeds pharmacy, we will suggest a suitable alternative.
What does YOURmeds Cost?
The initial payment is £79.99 which includes 2 weeks of data use and monitoring. After that the service costs £5 a week, you will be billed £20 every 4 weeks. What you get for your money;

- An accessories pack including; a charger, a reusable cover and foam guide for your pack
- All of your medications organised and filled into a weekly YOURmeds pack, delivered directly to you for free

How do I pay for it?
The first payment and all subsequent payments will be paid via direct debit, making things simple.
Can I cancel at any time?
The minimum contract period is six (6) months. In certain circumstances, we will refund your payments - subject to our Terms & Conditions
What happens if it does not work?
If the fault is ours, we will gladly swap any items. Simply return the equipment to your nominated YOURmeds Pharmacy that dispensed your medication and they will replace it free of charge.
